Return Policy

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are not available. For all returns we issue store credit only with in 35 days of shipping date.

The following items CANNOT BE RETURNED:

• Free gifts or promotional items
• Shipping fees 
• FINAL SALE items
• Swimwear
• Lingerie 
• Sunglasses
• Bodysuits
• Jewelry 
• Worn items
• Items with and signs of wear
  

If the item is marked FINAL SALE, it cannot be returned. 

Are there any return fees?

If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.

Shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.

If an item shows: scents, deodorant, broken zippers, tears in the clothing, unfortunately, a store credit will not be issued. 

How soon will I receive my store credit?

Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-4 business days for your store credit to be issued.
